Glory Lab, Inc. ("Glory Lab", "we", "us") operates glorylab.xyz and its related products including bb.bi, sssss.ss, Epona, sora.ao, yokai.jp, and POAP.in. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

The short version: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell your data, and we give you control over what you share.

Data We Collect

The data we collect depends on which product you use:

Website analytics

We use Plausible Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how our sites are used. Plausible is privacy-focused and doesn't use cookies. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data.

Account information

When you create an account on any of our products, we collect the information necessary to provide the service: email address, display name, and authentication credentials. Some products support Sign in with Apple, which allows you to keep your email address private.

User-generated content

Content you create (dream entries, bio pages, short links, forum posts) is stored to provide the service. Many of our products offer local-first storage, meaning your data stays on your device unless you choose to sync or share it.

Payment information

We do not store credit card numbers. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Apple App Store, Stripe) who handle your payment data under their own privacy policies.

How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

  • Provide and maintain the services you signed up for
  • Send transactional emails (password resets, subscription confirmations)
  • Improve our products based on aggregate usage patterns
  • Respond to support requests

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We use Cloudflare for hosting and security. Access to user data is limited to team members who need it to provide support or maintain the service.

Your Rights

You can:

  • Access your data through your account dashboard
  • Export your data (most products support data export)
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Opt out of analytics tracking

Cookies

Our main website (glorylab.xyz) does not use cookies beyond what is required by Google Analytics. Individual products may use session cookies to keep you logged in. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through our products or by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
