Agreement

By using any product or service operated by Glory Lab, Inc. ("Glory Lab", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services. These terms apply to glorylab.xyz and all related products including bb.bi, sssss.ss, Epona, sora.ao, yokai.jp, and POAP.in.

Your Account

Some of our products require an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information when creating your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services in ways that could harm other users

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines at our discretion.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create on our platforms. By posting content publicly (such as community dream posts, bio pages, or guestbook entries), you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content as part of the service.

You can delete your content at any time. When you delete content or your account, we remove it from our active systems. Backups may retain copies for a limited period for recovery purposes.

Subscriptions & Payments

Some products offer paid plans with recurring billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may change with notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

For products with identity reservations (such as sssss.ss), there is a 30-day grace period after expiration to renew before the identity becomes available to others.

AI-Generated Content

Some of our products use AI to generate content (images, text, analysis). AI-generated content is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content appropriately.

AI-generated dream visualizations and analyses are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Availability

We strive to keep our services running reliably, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glory Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes

We may update these terms as our products evolve. Significant changes will be communicated through our products or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
